Out of fucking nowhere, stunned over her lifelessness, all he could think of was how she could have been his child. He'd never seen someone so young die right before him. He's seen death, he's been the one that's dealt it but they were all similar age ranges. Jinx, Jinx was young. Twenty some odd years younger than him kind of young.
He'd thought about it but he never brought it up. Never. Not once. He never told Zane he'd thought about it. Cause he didn't... cause he didn't fucking love Zane. Not the way he loved Marcus. But here he fucking was, wasn't he? Here he fucking was. ]
